One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, Angostura

If you’ve been to a restaurant or cocktail bar recently, you might have noticed just how many cocktails include ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters on their crafty cocktail menus. It’s a favourite ingredient amongst bartenders - like salt is to chefs - because it adds a depth of flavour like no other with its herbaceous nature.
Shake up your next shot or two of tequila with this Tequila Sours recipe:
Ingredients
60ml Tequila30ml fresh lime juice15ml agave syrup1 egg white3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bittersIceLemon slice, for garnish
Method
Add all ingredients except the bitters to a shaker. Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice, shake and double strain into a rocks glass, then garnish with a few dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters and a slice of lemon.
And tada just like that you’re a mixologist!
