On Sunday, 23rd June Balcony TV Johannesburg and its partners present: The Blues Fever Fest Featuring South Africa’s Top Blues, Blues/Rock and Country Artists including: SA Blues legend Albert Frost (Blues Broers), 2013 MK Best Live Act in South Africa Award Winners The Black Cat Bones, 2 times Balcony TV Global Chart winners Raoul and Black Friday and the unstoppable female in the mix Natalie Chapman, arguably one of the best female vocalist/song writers in the country brings her Country/Blues Vibes.

The Black Cat Bones: Voted 2013 MK Best Live Act in South Africa for a Reason! Their live performances will blow you away!

Raoul and Black Friday: Raoul Roux as front man and Lead Guitarist is electrifying! One of SA’s most loved Blues Bands!

Albert Frost: If South Africa has such a thing as rock royalty, it's Albert Frost.
Albert is an all-round master guitarist with a passion for music that reflects happiness over any audience and for lovers of all genres – he effects success into the albums of many artists and is loved by crowds all over the world.

Natalie Chapman: When listening to her vocals, you might get the feeling that you have discovered a delightful sonic recipe: Take a little bit of Melissa Etheridge, mix in a blend of Beth Hart and Adele, add a dollop of Nina Simone and sprinkle with a dash of Joni Mitchell and you are close to recreating her distinctive voice.

Sub-Urban Roots: Expect acoustic vibes laden with congas and other sorted percussion. Local sounds laid down by two true raconteurs!!!

Hoot ‘n Anny: Think June Carter and Johnny Cash with a South African Flavour

With so few live music venues left in Johannesburg, Randlords is a welcome addition for fans and bands alike.

Randlords: the most exclusive music venue in Johannesburg is perfectly perched at the highest point in Braamfontein and is a beautiful rooftop bar and lounge venue, located on the 22nd floor of South Point Towers. Floating high above the City of Gold, its magical 360 degree views stretch from the majestic FNB Stadium in Soweto to the suburban Sandton skyline – and beyond. It is the ultimate address for Balcony TV Johannesburg Sundays.

Usually a venue that hires out their exclusive address only has come on board to create a once a month event that will surely become a must on South African music lover’s calendars. The future events will host a variety of genres perfectly suited to every Jozi Music Lover’s needs.

The Local Element – Supporting SA Talent were approached to put the band line ups together and have managed to outdo themselves with this upcoming event.
