There is something special about attending a Secret Sunrise session. Sometimes difficult to explain, because there is nothing else quite like it.

Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breathwork, movement and dance.

Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up to. People often show up wearing tutu’s, bright clothing or those stranger items you can find at the back of your closet that don’t quite match with anything else.

We welcome all bodies, ages and fitness levels, backgrounds and creeds. Our aim is to be fully accessible. Hey, how else would we change the world for the better together?

The Ingelosi Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer programme, which is run by an enthusiastic, multi-racial, like-minded team.

Our goal is to create a supportive community which provides assistance to young, previously disadvantaged individuals with a focus on empowerment through education, skills development and mentorship.

The key focus of the Foundation has always been on growing and nurturing entrepreneurship, however we temporarily adjusted our focus to assist with COVID relief in 2020 and 2021. We re-focused ourselves in 2022 and developed the Entrepreneurial Nurturing Cycle which covers three areas: empowering school learners, assisting school leavers / young entrepreneurs in finding the right tertiary support and providing a holistic Business Support hub for entrepreneurs. Ingelosi Foundation is a registered NPC and PBO.
