Hi-Tec, an outdoor footwear, apparel, and accessories brand since 1974 officially opened its much-anticipated Polokwane store on Friday, 28 October 2022. The store is located at the newly re-developed Farmyard Trading Post, which is conveniently located just off the R71 bypass, next to Mall of the North.

This Polokwane store will give the brand a whole new market of future customers and give existing customers new, convenient locations to shop their Hi-Tec favourites.

Sandi Goodwin, Trade Marketing Manager at Hi-Tec says “The Hi-Tec family is excited to announce that we are expanding by opening a very new concept store at the Farmyard in Polokwane. This will be one of our newly developed concept stores including a chill lounge where customers can come and have a relaxing shopping experience.”

Customers can shop a wide range of quality outdoor and lifestyle footwear, apparel and accessories while enjoying a cup of coffee at the chill zone in-store. The grand opening special for the weekend included 30% off full price products in-store.

The brand decided to launch this new store due to the Increased demand for quality outdoor footwear and apparel across the Polokwane customer base and the opportunity to grow the brand in the community. Over the past two years the retailer has revamped two of their stores and are expanding more stores across South Africa. Hi-Tec has seen massive growth not only in their footwear offering but across the apparel range as well.
