160 skaters will participate in the South African championship in Skateboarding, Artistic and Speed skating between 16 - 24 March 2024.

Skaters from 8 provinces will give their all to win the title of 2023 South African champion.

Due to funding delays the championship was postponed from 2023 and Roller Sport South Africa decided not to cancel but rather postpone to give all the skaters the chance to compete for the titles they worked for.

In skateboarding all eyes will be on Brandon Valjalo, Boipelo Awuah and Dallas Oberholzer.  It will be the first SA championship to offer categories in different age groups in Skateboarding.

Keamogetswe Masango is the hot favorite in Artistic Skating Solo dance.  Having beaten all the male opponents in 2022, they are all out to beat her this year.

In Speed Skating the African championship medal winners Omphemetse Ramoshaba, Lasi Mokonyama and Neo Mlambo are favourites to defend their 2022 domination.

Skateboarding Championships will be held 16 & 17 March at The Flow Skate Park in Morning Glen Mall.

Artistic Skating Championships will be held Saturday 23 March at the Portuguese Hall in Turffontein.

Speed Skating Championships will be held on 24 March at Morning Glen Mall.

All the events start from 10h00 and offer free entrance to a limited amount of spectators.
