DA Leader Maimane’s diary for Freedom and Workers Day
Submitted by: MyPressportal TeamOn Friday, 27 April 2018, Democratic Alliance (DA) Leader, Mmusi Maimane, will be celebrating Freedom Day in Soshanguve in Tshwane. Lest we forget, on this day in 1994 we come together as South Africans to vote for a new future. A truly prosperous future is yet to be realized and this will not happen under the current government. We must liberate ourselves from the liberators to be truly free.
The Leader will also be in Worcester on Workers Day to celebrate the those who fought to ensure fair employment standards are met and the rights of workers are protected. These rights are enshrined in our constitution.
For Freedom Day Maimane will be joined by Mayor, Solly Msimanga, Mayor, Bongani Baloyi, Regional Chairperson, Abel Tau and DA Gauteng Provincial Leader, John Moodey and for Worker’s Day the leader will be joined by DA Western Cape Provincial Leader, Bonginkosi Madikizela, DA Western Cape Provincial Chairperson, Anton Bredell and Constituency Head and West Regional Chairperson, Erik Marais.
