Four single private treatment rooms and one private treatment room for couples, are fully air conditioned, sanitised and fitted with atmospheric mood lighting that sets the tone for complete relaxation where all your wellness needs will be met.

@Sandton-Spa boasts a unisex sauna and steam room, which is available to all guests making use of the spa facilities. Change rooms are equipped with lockers and showers, and here guests can slip into their complimentary gown and slippers before having their treatment.

Gorgeous manicure and pedicure stations are set up for individual treatments, or for a group of friends to have their nails done at the same time.

A brand-new boutique Pilates and Yoga studio is also located within the @Sandton-Spa, where COCO Pilates will take you through your rejuvenating paces as you stretch, breathe, and relax. Here, they believe that focused, individual attention is the cornerstone of a successful Pilates practice. They offer private and semi-private reformer sessions with a personal touch and treat every client according to their unique individual needs and goals. The studio is fitted with three Allegro 2 Body Balance Reformers, offering spring-based resistance training, supported by COCO Pilates’ professional and caring atmosphere. All instructors are friendly and approachable, with your best interests at heart.
