Geocaching World Record Attempt at Durban Beachfront - hosted by Infinity Boarding

Saturday 20 August 2022 - 11.30am to 2pm

Infinity Boarding is committed to providing fun, safe and educational outdoor activities for kids of all ages, with the aim to bring awareness to the physical and mental benefits of physical fitness.

Part of this commitment includes hosting community events that are designed to bring people together to explore Durban and learn new things while having fun and learning about the joys of outdoor play.

20th August 2022 is the day we will be hosting a local chapter of an international world record event, right in the heart of Durban.

Geocaching is a global craze which has been steadily growing in popularity in KZN & we look forward to giving Durbanites the chance to participate in this worldwide event, officially partnered with the official international Geocaching community.

Geocachers around the world will be joining to attempt to break the current record, one which has been standing since 2013! Participants of all ages will be joining us as we teach them Geocaching 101 and guide them on this seaside adventure, a 5km stroll along the promenade looking for official Geocaches and exclusive ticketholders-only caches. We also intend to hand out spot prizes along the way.

To get involved, kindly WhatsApp Bron on 078 567 5034 or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
