Kwikspace, Africa’s largest supplier of prefabricated, modular, mobile buildings for a large variety of applications, recently supplied two mobile ablution blocks to Hillside Aluminium Smelter in Richards Bay. The rapid supply and installation of Kwikspace solutions, as well as their ease of relocate-ability, was a major consideration for the Smelter, and the reason it opted for prefabricated units instead of brick-and-mortar ablutions

The smelter purchased the ablution units to aid with plant expansion and the associated increase in personnel.  Kwikspace will supply the expertise and equipment required to relocate the units on an as-and-when basis.

Kwikspace itself has a long relationship with the smelter. “It is this relationship that secured us the contract,” says Kwikspace KZN branch manager David Francis. “Our building durability, along with our speed of service, and aftersales care have proven both our capability and reliability to the smelter.”

All Kwikspace units, regardless of application requirements, are warrantied for a standard 12-month period.
