eXp Realty recognized three South Africans with Durban based Andrew Thompson, Johannesburg based Ilse Anhaeusser and Gqeberha based James Conyers receiving global awards for their efforts in 2022.

eXp Realty’s Chief Growth Officer, Michael Valdes, recognized eXp Realty South Africa’s country leader Andrew Thompson as eXp Realty’s Country Leader of The Year, eXp Realty South Africa’s Financial Manager, Ilse Anhaeusser, as Global Ambassador of the Year. With eXp Realty South Africa’s Property Practitioner, James Conyers, winning his NRG Properties powered by eXp Realty team in the Eastern Cape the Top Team By Units. An astonishing feat by the South Africans with the company boasting over 89 000 real estate agents in 24 countries, in excess 1 100 of which residing in South Africa.

According to Property24 statistics, the company had the highest number of listings in the Eastern Cape and Western Cape in August, ranking third and fourth in Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal respectively. This month currently sees the company retaining the top spot for property listings in the Eastern Cape and Western Cape, with the company also currently first in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
