Summer Cup

Ingredients:

50ml Cape Town The Pink Lady GinSoda waterBig slice of grapefruit1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds5cm rind of grapefruitIce

Method:

Combine the gin and pomegranate seeds in a big wine glass. Fill half of the glass with ice and lay the slice of grapefruit on top of the ice. Top up with tonic water and garnish with the twisted grapefruit rink and a pink rose petal.

Ahh, this is the life!
