A natural extension of our accounting services

We have seen the need for a more proactive approach to HR over the last 14 years of advising clients on all things finance, says Luan van Rhyn, CEO of ThriveCFO. Even though we have a fairly good knowledge of the HR regulations, clients usually only contact us once there is some sort of challenge to be sorted out, Luan adds.

The HRSpot team provides a consultative service and constantly guides and monitors their clients’ efforts, to not only remain compliant but to also engage their staff in a much more proactive manner.
