Grand Africa Presents New Grand Menus for 2012
Submitted by: The P.R TeamGrand Africa presents its '2012 Grand Menus' at all three Grand establishments – Grand Café & Beach, Granger Bay, Grand Café & Room, Camps Bay including the new Sandbar menu, and Grand Café & Rooms, Plettenberg Bay.
Seelan Sundoo, Group Executive Chef has added new Grand signature dishes to all three menus to enhance the renowned Grand flair of café style cuisine.
Grand Café & Beach, Granger Bay has added a selection of succulent steaks to its menu, sliced sirloin radicchio and sirloin tagliata together with other decedent dishes such as salmon tagliata, east coast sole with lemon butter, crayfish Thermidor, spatchcock spring chicken and grilled prawns. A delicious Italian pizza has also been added to the legendary metre long pizza menu.
Grand Café & Room in Camps Bay is proud to offer it's new dishes to be enjoyed on Africa's 'Miami Mile' such as muscles marinara and grilled chicken breasts cooked in either yogurt, fresh tomato and chilli or mushroom and white wine sauce. A selection of pastas such as fresh tomato and basil and courgette, mushroom and prawns has also been added to this delicious Grand Menu.
Grand Café & Rooms in Plettenberg Bay have added an avocado Ritz to their starters and chicken peri peri to their mains options. To diversify the pizza menu, a mouth-watering chicken naan has been created and enhancing the pasta menu - a chicken pesto pasta and traditional spaghetti Bolognese.
To enhance the Grand sundowner experience which each property offers, new wines have been added as well as new Grand signature cocktails.
