Following ten years of professional photography, she traded her camera for paint brushes to become a full time artist. Carien is a Rapid Transformational Therapy TM Practitioner, Heart Healing TM Practitioner and Life Coach. She guides people to uncover and work through unprocessed emotional baggage; trauma and blocks to reconnect with their true self. Tamsin, owner and founder of Plant Based Creative is a well-known South African food personality and a renowned food critic, writer, restaurant reviewer, food consultant, author, publisher and entrepreneur (to name a few of her roles) PBC is a consulting service that will come to your home and assess what you currently stock in your kitchen, and consume on a regular basis. Educating you on plant-based alternatives that are not only delicious, but also good for you, and the planet too.
