Roberto’s signature restaurant, with renowned Executive Chef, Roberto De Carvalho, celebrates the restaurant’s first Valentine’s Day with a seven course Valentine’s tasting menu.
The seven course set tasting menu is R539 per couple or with a bottle of Pongrácz Rosé to celebrate the occasion is R699 per couple and includes the following dishes:
Crayfish Bisque, Caprese Crostini, Sautéed Mushrooms - shiitake, oyster and button mushrooms, Melanzane with chunky Napolitana sauce wrapped in fried eggplant slices then baked golden brown with parmesan cheese, Mini Chicken Fillet Steak Rolls - marinated the Portuguese way and Roberto’s signature Prawns Naçional which includes 5 large prawns simmered in beer, garlic, and a mild green chilli sauce with a touch of cream; served with spicy basmati rice.
For dessert - Dessert Trio To Share, served with coffee or tea – includes:
Strawberry Tiramisu - The best dessert in the universe, made from scratch with real mascarpone, strawberries & coffee liqueur. Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - fresh strawberries dipped in Belgian chocolate and ice cream - homemade strawberry ice cream on flake chocolate morsels.
