Fit is the new fabulous! Hyde Park Corner is the venue for Fitness Market hosted by SWT which is headed up by well-known personal trainer Thato Manaka. As self-confessed health fanatic with more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Thato has put together a programme of classes which will take place on the Hyde Park Corner P2 Rooftop Parking Level on Saturday, 30 April from 08h00 to 12h00.

The Fitness Market has been designed to equip attendees with easy everyday tips on training and how to live a healthier life. The workouts will be broken down into four sessions of 45 minutes each and will include functional training, kick boxing and Yoga elements. Attendees can also look forward to fitness focused traders who will be selling items relating to food & drinks, fashion and aesthetics.

This one-day event on the P2 Rooftop has a maximum capacity of 200 people so book your tickets now via Webtickets (adults: R250 and kids: R100). Registration will take place on site at 07h00 and the first session will start at 08h00.
