The Local Element is dedicated to Supporting South African Talent and for one night in June will be hosting their sixth instalment of The Blues Fever Fest featuring some of SA’s Top Blues Talents in Pretoria!

On Saturday, 22^nd June The Local Element in Association with Music Connection and Arcade Empire will be hosting The Blues Fever Fest 6 Featuring some of South Africa’s Top Blues, Blues/Rock and Country Artists. This stellar line-up includes SA Blues legend Albert Frost (Blues Broers), 2013 MK Best Live Act in South Africa Award Winners The Black Cat Bones, 2 times Balcony TV Global Chart winners Raoul and Black Friday , the unstoppable female in the mix Natalie Chapman, arguably one of the best female vocalist/song writers in the country brings her Country/Blues Vibes, the young blood Andy Fisher Band, crowd favourite The Fake Leather Blues Band (celebrating 10 years together) and a host of other blues guest artists.

The day will run from 17h00 to late. Guests are warned: The Fever will get you!

Albert Frost: If South Africa has such a thing as rock royalty, it's Albert Frost.
Albert is an all-round master guitarist with a passion for music that reflects happiness over any audience and for lovers of all genres – he effects success into the albums of many artists and is loved by crowds all over the world.

Natalie Chapman: When listening to her vocals, you might get the feeling that you have discovered a delightful sonic recipe: Take a little bit of Melissa Etheridge, mix in a blend of Beth Hart and Adele, add a dollop of Nina Simone and sprinkle with a dash of Joni Mitchell and you are close to recreating her distinctive voice.

A night of blistering blues presented by Top Live acts that are known for firing things up with their ridiculously energetic performances and talent!
