The 5-star Hotel Izuluin Ballito will be hosting its renowned monthly wine market on Sunday, January 27 from 12h00 with new food pairings created by Executive Chef, Karel Jacobs, at the cost of R175.00 per adult while being entertained by the band ‘Afritude’.
The food and wine pairing options are - wild mushroom and parmesan cheese tartlet paired with Hendrik Lodewyk Méthode Cap Classique and seared tuna with pickled ginger and mango atchar bruschetta paired with Du Preez Sauvignon Blanc
Further options include Thai seafood curry with popadum and sambals paired with Martinique rosé, roast beef with onion and Rosemary soufflé served with jus paired with Du Preez Polla’s Red and lamb cutlet served with tzatziki paired with Du Preez Merlot
For the Kid’s, a selection of burgers, hot dogs and ice cream cones.
Also on offer will be Hotel Izulu’s Deli which will include soup, cheese boards, breads, biscuits and our famous fudge.
All of the wines are available for purchase at a special reduced price by the bottle. Wine chillers are also available to purchase at R79 each.
