For starters, guests may indulge in an authentic gazpacho soup, or a duck carpaccio with fresh beans, pecorino and walnut dressed in an orange confit or frog’s legs with pea puree, roasted garlic wild mushrooms and shaved parmesan or a cured jasmine salmon with fried caper berries, candy beets and a vinaigrette, amongst other creative delicacies.
Some of the many mains available which cater for all dietary requirements, including vegetarians, include a Rooibos Scottish smoked salmon with saffron and parmesan risotto sauce and watercress or a crusted chicken breast filled with blue cheese, honey roasted apple and orange butter sauce. Mouth-watering salads are also on offer with decadent desserts presenting a perfect ending to the meal.
A scrumptious South African cheese platter is available consisting of figs, fresh fruits, blue cheese biscuits and a glass of house port.
