{pp}Love in a Time of HIV, a film that premiered recently on the USA's 'Showtime' and that will be repeated throughout the month of December 2009, explores three separate people living with HIV and is set in New York City, Johannesburg, and London.

Culminating within 16 Days of Activism, including World Aids Day and International Human Rights Day, the documentary coincides with Idols star, and Afro-Pop artist, Tender Mavundla's debut album release 'Tender Moments'. Tender of course is one of the three persons featured in the film, and she gives an honest, gut-wrenching insight into the life of a HIV-positive South African who, also happens to be a profiled personality, music vocalist, motivational speaker and Aids activist.

Born in Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, Tender grew up in little village called KwaNositha. From a very young age it was clear she was a talented singer destined for great things -even after she was diagnosed with HIV in 2001. Against all odds she entered the South African Idols competition in 2007, and ended up as one of the four finalists of the competition.

With that momentum in play, she recorded her first album in and has recently secured shelf space in selected Look 'n Listen stores. The album showcases Tender's broad talent, vocal capabilities and reflects an individual determination that navigates life's journey in a positive and empowering manner.

Released through Augmented Music Productions listen out for Tender Moments on your local radio station, buy it through selected Look 'n Listen stores (ZA) or through mail order.
