Glamour, glitz and superb prizes are all part of our fundraising gala evening themed “Hollywood’s Golden Years” to be held at the Westin Grand Hotel, Cape Town on Saturday 24th October 2009, with the Johnny Cooper Big Band setting the mood and Colin Moss as MC. Seven year old drumming prodigy Daniel Petersen will also wow guests with his unique musical talent.
The gala evening is the foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year and all the money raised will go towards making another 8500 dreams come true. e.tv is a proud supporter of Reach For A Dream. Weather reporter, Tanya Nefdt, and sports anchors, Gershwin Coetzee and Lance Witten agreed to play a part in this year’s gala event.
MNET’s All Access will interview celebrities and guests on the red carpet. The evening is aimed at businessmen and leaders in the community who are role models and is also an opportunity for our loyal supporters, sponsors and friends of the foundation to come together.
