And now patisserie extraordinaire Just Teddy has brought kitchen theatre alongside their existing Hyde Park Corner store with the addition of Maison du Petit Four (House of the Petit Four). This new showcase kitchen features all things macaron and fondant by lifting the curtain on their trade secrets and allowing customers an inside look at how these delicately delicious treats are brought to life. The Maison du Petit Four team is led by Head Baker, Teddy, who was a BBC Great South African Bake-Off finalist. Teddy’s wife Natasha ensures that business behind the scenes is taken care of, daughter Jordyne takes on the role of Head Pâtissier; and son Jeff is the ‘Bread Narco’ leading the kitchen team. Whether you’re in the mood for a Croque Monsieur, or an extravagant three-tiered High Tea, Just Teddy’s inimitable flavour, class and passion are evident in every morsel. FNB Art Joburg has pivoted to present a reimagined 13th edition of the FNB Art Fair online. This year’s fair is a celebration of the marriage between technology and art.
