June 2017 – ‘Tasty WasteNOTS’, which was launched in 2016, has been awarded as the Best in the World Cookbook at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Co-authored by Nutritional Therapist, Author, Journalist and Speaker, Sally-Ann Creed and renowned South African Chef, Presenter and Culinary Consultant, Jason Whitehead.
The cookbook focuses on using whole, organic foods that are preferably home-grown and each recipe includes nutritional facts about the main ingredient and in addition lunches and suppers can be paired with superb organic wines by Stellar Winery.
