Locally developed Queue Management and Digital Signage system offers retailers exceptional value at rates that can’t be beaten by global players

Service Systems, a boutique software house near Century City, Cape Town has developed a unique combination of digital signage and retail queue management. It gives retailers two unique tools: a digital advertising platform, and operational queue management.

Designed and developed locally, Service Systems is able to offer and support a basic queue management solution at a fraction of the cost when compared to global systems providers.

Wireless call pad technology makes it quick and easy to install. A pad is simply mounted at each checkout. Store management and staff can feel immediate benefits, with optional reporting giving management tools to identify busy periods, lengthy transaction times, or below-average staff performance.

Queue management systems are currently installed at various Spar stores across the country and have been integrated further with Service Systems customer feedback pads. Managers are then able to connect the dots with accurate queueing and service analytics.

As an example, a basic package which includes a Queue Management Server and 10x wireless call pads, costs just R9,950 excl. VAT. An HD display is required (not included), and additional pads cost R500 excl. VAT each.
