Samsung Offers Personalised Signature Service for Premium Customers

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, 27 January, 2014 The evolving consumer landscape has seen a significant rise in the demand for premium goods in recent years, presenting the need for a similar premium sales service.

Samsung will ensure that every buyer registered on the Samsung Signature Service programme will have access to round-the-clock specialists, either online, via telephone, or through in-home visits. Furthermore, the premium membership will provide exclusive warranties and access to content and services.
