Kwikspace has partnered with the City of Johannesburg to increase access to healthcare with its supply of prefabricated, modular clinics for several healthcare projects to date. This has resulted in realising new centres in Alexander’s Riverpark Clinic, Soweto, Eldorado Park Extension 9, Fine Town’s Mountain View Clinic, Joubert Park and Tembisa’s Thuthukani Clinic. This is in line with the City’s strategy to eradicate substance abuse and other related social ills.

Kwikspace has manufactured and delivered double-wide clinics ranging from 27 m2 to 210 m2 per building including consulting rooms, nursing stations, drug storage rooms, filing rooms, kitchens and ablution facilities to sites chosen by the City for pre-natal clinics and substance abuse rehabilitation centres. The City of Johannesburg’s model is to provide treatment, psycho-social and medical services within the community environment in safe, comfortable and accessible facilities.
