CARE GUIDE

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR DENIM

DENIM CARE INSTRUCTION

Denim is an extremely durable fabric, designed to get better with wear and age but knowing how to care for your fave pair of Wranglers will go a long way to ensure they last the test of time. A wardrobe investment, our heritage-inspired timeless denim & apparel are best cared for by considering the below tips to ensure maximum longevity, minimum fuss, and reduced impact on the environment.

WASH LESS

To maintain the integrity and colour of your jeans try not to wash them – denim is a natural fiber, it doesn’t really like being washed. In fact, character is further formed in your jeans the more you wear them without washing in between. They start to mold to your body, distressing and rips will get bigger, and the colour will “wear” in a pattern unique to you. They will end up telling your unique story!

EVERY DAY CARE

First things first…when putting on your fave pair of Wranglers, never pull them up using the belt loops, doing this can cause unnecessary wear and tear. Always pull them up using the waistband as it’s a much stronger part of the garment.

HOW TO WASH JEANS

When the time comes to wash your denim, there are a few rules we recommend;

- Turn your jeans inside out to preserve the colour

- Cold wash with either a handful of salt or low enzyme detergent and a fabric softener (again a few drops of essential oil can make your jeans smell sweet without reacting to the denim)

- Either hand wash or pop them on a delicate cycle.

Since 1947 Wrangler has cemented itself as the go to brand for iconic, authentic western denim wear. Over the decades Wrangler has stood the test of time by evolving, but staying true to its roots.
