Most 65+year-olds cannot retire with financial freedom

Continuing work or looking for new income opportunities, is often a necessity. But there are many obstacles including perceptions of employers as well as  work seekers' own negative self perception.

Silver Mettle is an online service which aims to assist and support work seekers who want to remain productive after 50, 60, 70 and 80. it also recognises that people might want a semi-retirement, working fewer hours for less pay, or if they are financially comfortable, they may want to take on new roles of voluntary work, mentorship or even entrepreneurship.

As an introductory offer there is an opportunity for candidates to advertise skills and experience and for employers offering positions to do so, free of charge.
