Women in business are needed as an imperative for competitiveness.

The Business Motivation

Further research involving a survey of over a thousand managers from a wide range of companies revealed that leadership behaviors demonstrated by women are in short supply in today's businesses.  These behaviors, skills and language will be critical to meet the expected challenges businesses will face over the coming years. Once again advocating for more women in management positions.
