DIGITAL PROCUREMENT & FUNDING TOUR IS BRINGING FUNDING FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO A CITY NEAR YOU

Local entrepreneurs stand a chance to access funding from credible venture capitalists and asset based funders to help them grow their business in an upcoming business tour scheduled to run for a period of two years.

Thriving.Network and InTouch Africa, in partnership with SAVCA, supported by The Innovation Hub, the Department of Small Business Development and Department of Science and Technology, NXA Technology, SiMODiSA, Uprise.

Africa, Liberty, Adinah Capital Partners, MTN and Alexander Forbes are hosting the first of its kind national funding opportunities and digital entrepreneurship promotion business tour. The tour will roll out under the theme Digital Procurement & Funding Tour, and aims to prepare disadvantaged entrepreneurs countrywide to be able to access various funding opportunities available for SMEs.

“Digital Procurement & Funding Tour seeks to provide opportunities for SMMEs to have access into the digital economy, funding and to partake in the 4th Industrial Revolution,” explains founder GEM Media Group and host of the tour, Lebo Gunguluza.

The seminars and workshops will be held once a month on Saturdays in different provinces, cities and towns across South Africa. The conferences will bring together various leaders in the field of entrepreneurship focusing on e-commerce, e -funding, e-procurement and a lot more. Attendees will get the opportunity to pitch their business ideas and pitch for procurement to stand a chance to get funding for their business.
