Shaun Benjamin, a young Forex trader, has successfully mastered the art of trading currencies; at the age of 21 he made his first million through Forex trading. Born in Swaziland and raised in Newcastle KZN, Shaun Benjamin (now 23) is not just the Founder & CEO of Benjamin Forex Academy, but also the director of Benjamin Investment Group (Pty) Ltd, a qualified Miner, Property Investor and serial entrepreneur.

Born into a middle class family and raised by a single mother, Shaun explained that being raised by a single mother was not easy. Upon the completion of his matric in 2012, Shaun was accepted for an engineering course which he left the following year for an IT course. Unfortunately due to financial constraints he couldn’t continue with his studies and had to drop out.

Being determined to make something of his life he managed to secure a learnership later that year at Khethekile mining where he obtained a National Certificate in underground coal blasting operations. “I never wanted to work for someone; I’ve always been taken by the idea of being my own boss and being financially free.” the young trader reflects.

To achieve this he started trading Forex. He eventually quit his job when he had enough financial backing and went on to found Benjamin Forex Academy, so he could help others achieve their financial goals through the skills he had acquired.
