For on-demand cleaning service Domestly, leading activations agency ProActive™ implemented a highly targeted insights campaign. The campaign, which ran in selected geographic areas in the greater Johannesburg area, provided key insights into the awareness of the brand amongst its target audience.
The campaign not only provided invaluable insights for the brand, it also increased awareness amongst potential customers. An activations team conducted research within the identified LSM consumer group at various venues and within relevant environments. Furthermore, leaflets were distributed and Domestly app downloads were demonstrated and encouraged.
