The Cedarburg mountains, and Olifants river valley, about two and a half hours from Cape Town, are rich in archaeological sites and Rock Art. The University of Cape Town’s Professor John Parkinton talks about the riches, and why he thinks that raising the Clanwilliam Dam wall will be good for the area - despite the fact that some sites will be flooded.
