[Pressportal.co.za] Tired of the heat and crowds during the KKNK?

Visit the “Palettes for Prosperity” art exhibition and auction in Mossel Bay from Saturday 22 March 2008 to Friday 28 March 2008. The exhibition is associated to the “Strokes of Genius” project of Shoprite Checkers.

The event takes place in the historic stone building, Searle’s Manor, 64 Bland Street, 64, Mossel Bay. View and bid on the quality art works, which is not only beautiful but also valuable.

The exhibition of works selected by art experts Omar Valley and Radi van Zyl, will be open from 10:00 – 17:30 every day.

The final auction will take place on Thursday 27 March 2008 from 17:30 – 20:30.

There is an understandable explosion in the price and value of South African art works. South African art is globally sought after due to its beauty and investment value. South African art now regularly fetches record prices at exhibitions here and overseas.

During the “Palettes for Prosperity” exhibition and auction in Mossel Bay during the KKNK, art collectors and investors will be able to immerse themselves in selected works. They will also be in a position to acquire these works at very reasonable prices. Works of famous artists, such as Gregoire and emerging artists will be available.

Messrs. Omar Valley, a friend of the famous artist, the late Gregoire Boonzaaier, and Radi van Zyl who is the driver of the “Strokes of Genius” project will select the works from well known and emerging artists. All works are quality art with investment value.
